&lt;P&gt;The best way to get this sorted would be to contact our Customer Care team again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I know you've done this already, you can ask them to leave a case open until you're satisfied with the outcome.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Never ask for upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been complaining about this issue since october 2022 and each time I called different people answer the call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This problem started when I called to add a number to my already 4 numbers on my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I then received in the post was 5 new sim cards, immediatelly I knew something was not right so I called, I explained to the agent who then transfered me, upon speaking to the agent , I got apolopy and that my original contract will be restore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing change since then and every time I make a call i keep getting difeerent information even though i make myself clear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The worst thing to happen was these agent close my case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I needmy old contract restore as i never ask for an upgrade or new contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have made several complain I think i should contact the ofcom now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be a claim as to the times i have spent contacting EE since october 2022.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is your contract still not changed back to the original one?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you been told why you received five SIM cards?&lt;/P&gt;
