    <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed the email address I use on My EE account settings almost a month ago and the change confirmation was sent to the new email address.&amp;nbsp; However today I have received an email from EE informing me that my mobile price plan is changing, and it was sent to my old email address.&amp;nbsp; I will shortly be losing access to this old email address as I am changing Internet provider.&amp;nbsp; Why is it not using the new address I have updated in the My EE Account Settings, Your Profile page?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure why that is. It may be worth having a chat with our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;customer service team&lt;/A&gt; so that they can check your profile with us. It could be that the email address hasn't been updated in the background somewhere.&lt;/P&gt;
