Thanks for coming here.

As @XRaySpeX has advised, you would need the account holder to order an upgrade for you. They can request to transfer the account in your name if you would like to take ownership of the account.

@Hollz30 : Then you can't upgrade unless you can persuade a/c holder to effect a change of ownership to yourself.
