I ve just cancelled my contract with EE

When do they "turn my sim card off"

@TSL1966 In 30 days unless you port your number to a different network before then.

If you are currently outside of your minimum term and you port out, you will stop paying on the day of the port.

@TSL1966 Yes. Just do not terminate your payment method as you could be owed a refund if you port your number out before the 30 days are up. You pay for the month ahead not in arrears so you’ll probably find you’ll be owed money if you port out before 30 days.
