&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is not customer service, you will have to ring them to let them know.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are on contract and are still within your minimum term, you will have to pay the rest off.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you want to keep your number, you will need to get a PAC code and give that to your new network, once you have received your new SIM card.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If however you want to change from contract to pay as you go, you will have to still speak to customer service, they can sort this out for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
