Someone else answers my number...

Multiple times friends have rung me and someone else answers(indian accent) or it cuts off or they get silence. Not every phonecall but happened more than once now... also the spam numbers ringing have increased over the last two months. Can i change my number? Dont want to pay for a service when someone cant even get hold of me?

If you are looking to change your mobile number please give us a call on 150.

I would also recommend reporting the issue of your calls being answered so the team can look further into this for you.

That's not great that your calls are being answered on your number elsewhere. Sounds like the number has been spoofed.

You will have to talk to customer care on this and likely pay a fee to change the number.
