Upgrade trade in query

Looking to upgrade my phone/account etc and wanting to trade in for a month discount etc. I just need to know if the new phone and trade in package comes at the same time, so I have time to transfer all my info/contacts/photos to the new phone before I have to send the old one.

Can't quite find the answer to this weird question anywhere

@AH133 The returns package doesn’t arrive at the same time as the device delivery.

Thank for this, do you know if there is enough time/overlap to transfer everything? I know I've got 14 days etc to send my old pho ne back, so wouldn't want to miss it. Or do they not send the new one until they have the old one?

Hi @AH133

The trade in package will be sent to you by post within 7 days from ordering the new phone.

You won't need to return the trade in phone until all data has been transferred to the new phone.
