Wouldnt say that answer is overly helpful.!

Trying to avoid sitting on hold for hours just to turn off paper bills. Is there anyway I can do it on my account online.? There should be a way.

Hi, I have received a letter advising it will cost £4 for a paper bill and want to cancel it but I only have a portable wifi not mobile so struggling to make any contact?

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
