    <description>&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so I am eligible for an upgrade to swap my phone in. It says working order. It’s an iPhone 12 the back glass is shattered and some cracks in the front. It’s works fine and doesn’t affect viewing. Is that ok to trade in?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
