@Paula34 Then you have to call customer services as this is a public forum not customer services. Before you ask there is no email address you can use as emails are to slow for customer issues. You also need to call in opening hours.

Open every day, all year round from 8am – 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 8pm Saturday and Sunday,
