I need to change my mums direct debit but she doesnt have online banking...

how do i set up that the old card is going to expire and i need to update the expiry date and 3 digit on the back, but she doesnt have online banking so will need to verify it but i cant see how to do it??!! tia

If you're using a bank card with a long no., expiry date & 3 digit on the back that's not a DD but a recurring card payment.

Anyway you don't need online banking to use either. If necessary the bank will send a msg if it needs verifying.

Thanks for coming here.

To update the card details, your Mum can log into her online My EE account and enter the new card details.

If she has a pay monthly account with a direct debit, no changes will be needed as we use the sort code and account number.
