I have an account with you.

I have been advised that my bills will be increasing. I subsequently contacted your customers services section detailed that they could offer me new monthly charges on all my accounts.

@jeffmayers These would be new contracts as you can not lower your tariff unless your are within your standard upgrade period.

If you’re not in your upgrade period you will be required to pay off your current contract to the minimum term date in order to have these new contracts.

There is no account access on this public forum, you will need to contact CS for anything account-specific.

That said, there are only 4 network operators in the UK - EE, VF, O2 & 3. Anyone else is a "piggyback" operator known as an MVNO, and these tend to have price-driven offerings. National benchmarking surveys also consistently find major differences in performance between the 4 network operators.

It is unrealistic to expect EE to compete on price with these lower-cost providers. If one of these budget providers suit your needs & circumstances, then they are a valid comparison for individual users to make.
