    <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded online yesterday and got the confirmation email through. However, not had anymore updates since, no dispatch email or anything. My account is still showing me the option to upgrade as well. How will I know if this upgrade has gone through successfully or not? Never had any issues with upgrading before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this so they can check your account and see what is going on.&lt;/P&gt;
