Last payment hasn’t come out

Hi, I left the UK and have went to Australia so cancelled my EE contract and so they said the payment would come out on the 10th of February and the only thing that has come out is a small amount. What has happened as I can’t call UK numbers?

Thanks for coming here,

The final bill may have had a a credit for any line rental paid in advance that you didn’t use as you closed have your account.

If you leave the direct debit set up any remaining charges would be taken on the payment date.
