You have 2 contracts. You can't have the add-on contract w/out the main phone contract. So both need to be cancelled & paid off.

These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away. There will however be a 10% discount after 3 months.

If you're having difficulty paying your bill on time you need to contact CS urgently to come to a repayment arrangement - see Help if you can't pay your bill

I am trying to pay off my contract as I am struggling with my bill off £65 per month. I was told in the ee shop that if I pay £178 but only by calling 150 so I done that !

The customer service team said I couldn’t pay of my contract because I have an entertainment pack that’s £31 a month with another 12 months plus left on my contract.

I took the entertainment pack out separate from my contract, yes as an add on. I have to pay £800 to pay off both contracts to get out of it why ?

Im happy to pay the £31 a month still for my child’s entertainment pack just won’t out of the contract?

They said I have to have a contract account to have the entertainment pack with them I could take a sim only 1g for £15 a month.

So my question is what happens to my entertainment pack when I let my contract run out in June 2023? I feel trapped.

my circumstances are I can't afford my bill I’m willing to buy out of it to save 20%. I have a seriously I’ll child with leukaemia and a lot of extra bills I’m trying to save money.

EE say they are here to help I just feel that’s a lie or misinformation because I can’t be struggling any more than I feel like I am now!

can someone please give me some help or advice on what to do
