&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can see why you're unable to use the balance.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Can’t use Weare8 available balance to pay towards phone bill</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can’t use my available balance from Weare8 towards my phone bill, I keep getting a message &amp;nbsp;saying failed to apply credit. I’ve just got a message from EE saying my bill is now available to see so why can’t I use the balance towards it? Please help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you manage to get this to work the money that you transfer over will go toward your next bill as that has to be in place before you are build..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, so it won’t let you add it until you’ve got a bill ready and it won’t let you use the whole amount available - think that was the problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
