Previous Bills

Rather simple request but its proving to be more difficult than anticipated. I need my current and previous bills in PDF format for the last 2 months. Searching the forum suggests that 12 months of billing history is easily accessible. Searching my account proves fruitless however. Each time i click on "Plan" -> "Plan Details" -> "Plan Billing History" I am redirected to the front page rather than being taken anywhere. Besides that i cant find any other options that seem relevant. Can someone assist?

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you log into your My EE account and select Bills and Payments, you can download the bills.

Hi Leanne

When i do this it simply takes me back to the homepage and doesnt provide any options to view or download. Interestingly it also seems to believe i am not the account holder, I am not sure why this is. Can you look into this?

Sorry we have no account access, do you have the option to change to account holder within account settings, then manage numbers?

@Loadofrubbish : You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
