      <description>&lt;P&gt;EE is a UK network operator, and EE mobile numbers are UK ones.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It sounds like your long-term solution will be to have an account with a Belgian network operator and either cancel your EE account or convert it to PAYG.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To do the latter, you will need to be in the UK.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
