I recently upgraded but found a better plan can I swap to that plan or am I stuck with this current plan for 24 months

How recently? If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC before or during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery & then reorder what you really want.

I ordered online 5 days ago and it arrived the next day so had it for 4
days i haven’t turned the phone on yet to set it up so it’s still in
factory settings
