Hi - advice appreciated.

I'm on an EE plan, but I'm also a BT broadband customer. I didn't know that through BT you can often get reduced rates. Will I be able to claim back-dated discounts on my EE plan? And, moving forward, make my next plan BT-inclusive to include any discounts? I can't find this information on the Help pages.

Welcome to the community.

You won't be able to back date discounts on your EE plan.

I would recommend speaking with BT customer care team who will be able to advise your options for moving to a BT inclusive plan.
