Considering the cost of living crisis we are all facing..! £7+ added to our bill before it's even late makes the difference whether we eat freeze or have a roof over our head... Surely a late fee shouldn't be billed before due date,

This charge would be for a late payment of your previous bill.

Have you considered setting up a direct debit to avoid late payment fees? Would it help if you could change the date your bill is due?
