&lt;P&gt;I am very sorry to hear this has happened.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you booked the MOT the store should have run hardware and software diagnostics to solve any issues, and also carry out a deep clean and you’ll get an in-depth report along with recommendations on how to keep your device healthy.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this was not the case, I would advise booking another time to visit if you can and see if this can be looked into by the store.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you would like to discuss your upgrade options, please give us a call on 150 and the team will be happy to help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;anyone else had poor instore customer service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i went to my local store on 1st Feb as i had booked my phone for a check up / MOT as my phone was saying it was due,&amp;nbsp; when i arrived the assistant asked me if there was anything wrong with my phone which i replied no and was here for it checking over to see it was still functioning as it should to be told i had wasted my time as it's only looked at if there was an issue with it. i then asked about early upgrade and was asked when contract expires which is July and was told to come back in June!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;looks like i will be looking elsewhere&lt;/P&gt;</description>
