Hi.

My early cancellation fee is £98. Does this include the outstanding bill.

And when would my contract end we pay a month ahead?

No, the £98 fee is for the remainder of the contract, @fizzler. If you have an outstanding bill, that will need to be paid too.

You can check your early cancellation fee in My EE, just go to Menu > Account settings > Leave EE.
