    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been eligible for an upgrade since April 2022. However, every time I have tried to look at deals and phones to upgrade, the website never works. I am unable to click on the 'upgrade' button to see the phones, and whilst I am able to go on to the shop, any phone I click on leads me to a page that says 'this doesn't exist'. I have tried accessing on multiple devices e.g. phones, the app, my laptop etc. but it happens every time. I am unsure about how to proceed further and would rather not phone as I would like time to look and think about what I would like to upgrade to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions would be appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3393556"&gt;@bxbe&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Try calling customer services and request an account reset. &amp;nbsp;I have a feeling that your account is having issues when you click upgrade so it’s not showing anything. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You might have to say you are having issues logging to your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have tried different ways to do this so an account reset might just fix this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
