upgrade

Good morning everyone ,

I tried to upgrade my mobile phone now , but is showing nothing an available I don't know if that's something wrong with page or something , my partner tried to log in into her account and everything is working .

Any suggestions ?

Yes I did text 150 and im eliglble for update but page is still not working for me

Can you try using another web browser and logging into your My EE account here, can you view your options?
