    <description>&lt;P&gt;I live in a dodgy neighbourhood so wasn't able to get my upgrade to delivered to my home so I picked one of the EE stores, BIG MISTAKE. They told me to bring some ID to verify myself so I bought my passport. Went in the store to pick it up handed over my passport. Apperently, they were unable to verify me because my passport name is different to my EE profile name (my name is matilda and I put down tilly). They told me that I would be refunded for my upgrade and be able to upgrade again in a few weeks, however, this has not happened and my EE account keeps saying "welcome to your new upgrade" on the homepage, I have been scammed! What do i do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
