Order a £31.00/month offer but billed £35/month, where is the discount?

Hi,

In my order email for an unlimited sim a £4/month discount was stated so the final price should have been £31/month (£35 - £4 = £31) but a few days later on confirmation email the price was back to £35/month which is the amount I have been billed! Where is my discount?
