Change bank details

I need to change the bank account my direct debit comes out of but it won’t let me do this online and I no longer know how to actually speak to someone xx

If you give us a call on 150 and select option 2, and then account queries, the team will be happy to help you get the direct debit details updated 🙂

You can change your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

You will need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers to do that though.

need to change the Visa card details my direct debit comes out of but can’t remember how to do it online. I don’t want to phone as I am in Europe and don’t have enough money on my phone. Many thanks in anticipation for your help. H. Carey
