EE's contracts don't just end on the 2year date, else your phone would also stop working - causing many complaints.

You've agreed to an ongoing contract with a set fee, with a minimum term. Once that minimum term has ended, you are free to change to a SIM-only plan but your contract continues.

Cancelling regular payments won't cancel your contract, it just means you need to make manual payments instead.

Hi @Endindust55,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

If your minimum contact period has come to an end and you are happy to keep your current phone, you can reduce your monthly plan cost by upgrading to a SIM only plan at Pay Monthly Upgrade SIM.

Hope this helps.
