Hi why does mu bill say I owe £69 odds?

I only owe £32 odds

32 odds can someone please help as I'm a new customer, thank you x

@WildRover67 Is this your first bill ? If it is it’ll be because you are paying for the time between getting the device and when the bill was generated and for the month ahead. You pay pro rata

Have a look your bill breakdown.

You bill is also overdue due as you can see from the image so you are going to get late payment fees also. You need to pay your bill within 7 days of being billed to avoid late payment fees.

why ask about your bill when you are not paying it on time, you’ll be cut off if you don’t pay this asap.
