&lt;P&gt;As long as the money is in your bank, the money will be reserved by your bank as this was a Saturday and won't show until the next working day which as it's a bank holiday will be tomorrow. The EE app will show the payment as it's reserved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone bill was supposed to come out on the 31st December 2022 through direct debit, on ‘My EE’ it shows that it’s been “Paid” &amp;nbsp;but my bill payment hasn’t left my account, I would like to know if it’s actually been paid, or not?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don’t think the app is quite accurate at the moment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could check your EE &amp;amp; bank account online, but otherwise need to contact EE C/S to check your specific account. There isn't any access to individual accounts on this forum.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you're paying by DD it considered paid when the DD is applied for from your bank by EE on your bill date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
