I am doing my tax return for year 6 April 2021 to April 2022 and my payment history only goes from August.

Are you logged into your My EE account online? You should have 12 months bills showing.

Soooo Annoying not being able to see back to 21/22. If you find out how I would love to know…. The best record I can get hold of is my own bank statements for the tax year but the accountant wants to see the actual bills of course.

Ok Leanne. I have found out how to see old bills. Go to the website, login to your ee account…. Go to billing. On right hand side of page click on menu to select view bills. It will come up with the current bill but there is a drop down menu beside the date which enables you to select the old bills.

Still frustrating as you can only see 24 months back. I needed same recently for HMRC but for years 19/20. EE forwarded me the old bills but without the extra charges section so I don't know which charitable donations I made and whether Gift Aid was paid.
