When upgrading online I input my Discount code from EE Employee Discounts and get the error :

This code is not valid with your current selection. Please make sure you meet all the conditions of this promotion.

Someone in sales advised I need to fill in a form once I have upgraded but can't find link to this anywhere, anyone else done this before?

There is no form. Discount codes may be applied by calling CS within 30 days of purchase if it wasn't at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading.

@Mark339 is the device your selecting already discounted ? they won't allow f&f on top of promotional discounts.
