https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Contracts-Billing/3-numbers-but-1-account/m-p/1213712#M66150 <P>I have a question that I can't seem to find an answer to and the offices are now shut.</P><P>I would quite happily get an upgrade now (to cut out the 150 call) but I just need to know if what I am doing is correct.</P><P>I am the main account owner (have my own number) and my two lads have a number each with is attached to my account, so three numbers to one account.</P><P>If I upgrade online, it reads like only my number is going to be upgraded (the boys are not having new phones BTW) and that the numbers they have are gone.</P><P>Can someone answer this.
