I would like upgrade mobile phone early,I want pay off my current plan,but when I log in to my account and choose option upgrade phone deals app log of me , I can't do nothing

To pay off your existing plan you need to speak to EE CS on 150.

You cannot be within the upgrade window, hence the message.
