      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I rang up 2 weeks ago and cancelled my contract as it expries january 2023 but dont want it to roll over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The person on the phone said it was all done and i would have to pay the £80 to end. which is fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MY direct debit has just gone out the normal amount, not the £80 and ive got no confirmation that it is ending. have they messed it up or is this normal?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
