New promotion

Hi there, does anyone have an idea on particular promotion calls from EE? Are those scams? Like I have been offered one with 30 percent off from my current bills, I doubt this is legit. I also shared informations with them, what should I do now? The guy also mentioned his unique ID and confirmed that a email will be sent shortly. I’m still confused and a bit worried too.

every time I try to call 150, the automated voice refers to this link with a msg and the line disconnects. Will try again, is there any other dedicated number?
