If you are near an EE store, then you could go in there with an ID and get it there instead.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello , i setup 2 contracts over a week ago. One for my existing sim and I ordered a sim for my son. I was meant to have 10gb but it says 2gb?! Which has run out nearly. Also my sons sim has still not arrived! Please call me on xxxxxxxxxxx. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;What does it say on our &lt;A href="http://add-on.ee.co.uk/" target="_blank"&gt;add-on status checker&lt;/A&gt;? It could be that there is 8GB triggered to kick in when the 2GB is used.&lt;/P&gt;
