cancel my contract

I just want to cancel my contract because i am not able to get a strong signal on my room so i just want to cancel the contract i just bought a new sim so that getting contract with them i just need to cancel it from yours.

Can you not use EE WiFi calling service?

To cancel you need to call EE CS on 150 and give 30 days notice. If you have any outstanding contract term this will need to be paid off unless you are within the first 14 days.
