    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you checked the app?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you’ve just taken out a contract of any kind it may take a while for the order to be processed, they may even call you during business hours to discuss the order. I’ve waited 2 days for a call then everything went through after a small adjustment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you’ve paid money try checking your bank account for confirmation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this help? Open for taking few questions as I know the faqs can be confusing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
