Can I terminate current plan and rejoin with lower plan?

I want to downgrade my plan, and my contracts already over. And I saw the article on ee said there’s no way to downgrade.

Then can I terminate this account and have a new contract for lower plan right away?? If there’s no way to to that, I think I’m afraid but have to change other company 😞

If you are outside your minimum term, you can change your payment plan to whatever other plan you'd prefer.

@Harry1299 if you’ve reached your minimum term of your contract, then yes, you can upgrade to a cheaper tariff and you have now.

I don’t think you understand the article that you read. If you upgrade before your minimum upgrade period then you have to have a more expensive tariff, then you currently have. You’re past that.
