&lt;P&gt;I would suggest ringing customer service, as this here is not customer service and there is no account access.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just one thing, when looking at your account, have you clicked on the drop down to see if the other number is itemised separately?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Itemisation for one of numbers not shown on bill</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have two numbers but only one of them is itemised, why is that and how can it be fixed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
