&lt;P&gt;The 6-month rule only applies to new customers who initially connect to EE with a SIM-only.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1418817"&gt;@Laura064&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you take out a 12 month sim only you’ll be able to upgrade to a full device contract without paying off the sim only but only after you’ve had it 6 months. &amp;nbsp; And it’s 12 months on a 24 month sim only.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
