@Shezel24 Then you need to go to the shop area online or go to an actual EE store. This isn’t customer services it’s a public forum.

@Shezel24 , you will need to log out, if you are a new customer to EE before shopping online, otherwise it will think you already have an account with EE and will ask for your mobile number, which you do not have with EE.
