    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Bill came in and said that I had to pay the monthly amount by the 4th Dec. I paid the amount and when I looked on my account it said that the bill is overdue. I have been checking it all week and its still saying that the bill is overdue even though I have the details saying the money has left my bank account. What is the best way forward for this? Do I need to call EE?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
