      <description>&lt;P&gt;£40 has been taken out of my bank when I am NOT with EE The account xxxxxxxxxxx is my phone number xxxxxxxxxxx has not been used for years I am with BT so why is the money being taken out of my account?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I am with BT not EE so why are EE taking money out of my bank 2 phone numbers are listed One is mine and the other was my granddaughters phone who incidentally moved out over 3 years ago and when I checked that particular bill there had been no action on this account I am in no position to pay both BT and EE so please EE sort this out as I am an 81 year old disabled lady and no way should I be paying this money x&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sent from Sky Yahoo Mail for iPhone</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend getting in touch with the BT Customer Care team so they can check your initial BT bill, then they'll be able to pass you onto EE Customer Care if necessary.&lt;/P&gt;
