    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently visited EE shop and increased my data allowance to 5GB, I'm&amp;nbsp; sim only after having a contract for well over 25 yrs. I now find my phone has no connection, can only phone which basically means a waste of time???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;extremely unhappy with&amp;nbsp; this especially at this time of year shopping,communication etc&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unsatisfied customer ( may very well look elsewhere)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;getting no satisfaction from EE on line /phoning&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi ,I’ve been having issues with my phone connecting when my contract ended in July. As soon as I leave my home and go locally my phone loses connection and does not return until I return home.&lt;BR /&gt;I did change to sim only about 2mths ago and thought I would get the same actions on my phone( as promised). After struggling with it for a few weeks called into to shop and was informed I didn’t have enough Gb so signed up to get 5GB ........ told it would take a few days before loaded to my phone ,but, it is now day 12 and I still am no better.....&lt;BR /&gt;Still waiting frustratingly&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sent from Mail for Windows</description>
