      <title>Phone Upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was due an up raged in April 2022, however i didn’t get it upgraded because i didn’t see that i was due an upgrade . My contract started again and it now ends in 2024. I have had this phone for 2 years so far , and now another 2 years has been added on to the contract . Is it possible for me to get a new phone which i was due in April or do i have to wait until 2024?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How could your start again for another 2 years if you didn't upgrade? You must have done something to make it so.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>my contract ended in april 2022, it was a 2 year contract. I was due an&lt;BR /&gt;upgrade in april 2022 this year. I didn’t get an upgrade and my contract&lt;BR /&gt;has now continued on the same phone for another 2 years. however i would&lt;BR /&gt;like my upgrade but i don’t know if it’s possible</description>

If you have not upgraded in any way, then you can upgrade to a sim only or contract with a new phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would suggest you ring customer service and speak to them, they can take a look at this for you, this is not customer service and there is no account access.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
