Cancelling a data sim

I bought a data sim for my boyfriend a few months ago and he only needed it for a month, but I’ve not been able to cancel the sim from charging me every month, how do I cancel it? It wasn’t on my phone that the sim was in so does my boyfriend have to do something on his phone to cancel it?

Thanks for coming here.

You would need to call us on 150 or 0800 079 8586 to cancel the SIM if this is in your name and on contract.
