    <description>&lt;P&gt;What you're asking for is a change of legal ownership. If your son takes out a new contract it will come with a new number and his existing number cannot easily be ported across.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Take a read of point 3 under &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/managing-and-using-my-account/change-my-account/how-do-i-change-my-account-in-the-case-of-a-life-event" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this help page&lt;/A&gt; which explains the process. Once your son is an account holder in his own right, then he can upgrade his phone and/or change plans as he sees fit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my son is now working so I want him to have his mobile phone contract. I just don't want to be paying for his phone anymore lol. Can he take out his own contract but keep his ee number that's on my account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
